Don’t be afraid to face your fear(s).

One good thing about adversity is you have plenty of opportunities to face your fear(s).

I have been taking these opportunities to tell fear where to get off at. I have told 55 to calm down and be patient. I have told bills to shove it. I have told anxiety to go jump into a lake and drown.

I have bathed in the comfort which comes from knowing I am loved and not alone during these tough days.

I will be glad when these tough days are long past. Until then, I am using them to face my fear(s). I am done from running from them. I am finished with lying to myself about being fearless. I am not. I am human. I am NOT strong. And, that’s okay.

Face your fear(s), beloveds. You will be glad you did.
