I love this quote! So true. Also, am feeling lazy and not quite inspirational so the quote doing all the heavy lifting….*shrug*….don’t judge me, peeps, has been a lllllooooooooooonngggg week.

I told myself I would actually do some spring cleaning and tackle the bathroom for a thorough cleaning. Once, done, I will move on and super scrub the kitchen floor and may fold the MOUNTAIN of clean laundry that seems to have congregated in great piles. I have NO idea how they go that way. I thought once you pulled them out of the dryer, the clothes elf folds them neatly and puts them away. Who knew…..*shrug*.

Apparently, the cooking elf has run off with the folding elf so am going to have to cook here in a bit, after work….meanies….lol.

Weekend is here, peeps. You have done your best. Enough. Get off the work yourself to death train.

As for me, I am going to do that heavy spring bathroom cleaning and kitchen floor scrubbing. Translation: going to do some more Netflix and chill…*shrug*.

Initially, I was going to cry uncle, aunt or whatever relative I could to tap out on this day. Once called, I was going to head to bed and stay there until morning slapped me ’round til I woke up already.

Going to see what random dumbness, romance, sport like, educational, NOT educational, foolishness/seriousness I can find on the telly. Ask my why I am calling the television the telly and I will say….don’t ask me. Even added a British accent for additional flavor…*shrug*. MY evening. Can spend it how I want to.

P.S. STOP giving yourself such a hard time. You ARE doing the best you can. Cut yourself a bit of slack already! If you are going too slow, for some, let them go on by. If you are going too fast, for some, keep it moving. You too fast for them anywho…*shrug*.

If you are going too slow, for you. Tell yourself to go on head and kick some rocks, and cut yourself some slack. Rinse. Repeat.
