Time and I got into quite the row, this morning.
I told time I was TIRED/EXHAUSTED of waiting for time to do what it do so God can do what He do so I can do what I truly want to do.
Time told me it’s just a matter of time.
I hollered back, time for what????!!! I have been waiting forever and six months!!!!
Time, shrugged and said as I have done my try, it was simply a matter of time.
I told time to kick rocks on all these excuses all the blasted time! I hollered it is about bloody time that time went ahead and took the blessed time to find out what the world the hold up is all the blasted time and STOP wasting my time tormenting me by letting me believe the time for my dream is at hand! Egads!!!!!
Whew!
*stamps foot*….*Cassandra wants to throw a fit and tell time where to go and find some beach towels! Cassandra reminds herself it really IS simply a matter of time and tells herself to take a breath, take her time and use it for something useful and/or practical such as making some delish chocolate chip cookies in her air fryer*
brb,
Cassandra
#YourLifeMattersToMe
Note: Change takes time. Lasting change, that is. Anybody could rush change by doing things, ahead of schedule, and having their dream(s) come out half-baked. I know. I know. It gets awfully old smelling a fabulous baking cake, being starved, sitting with an ice cold glass of milk that appears to be turning to cottage cheese whilst you wait for the stupid cake to get done SO YOU CAN START EATING IT ALREADY, TIME!!!!…..ehem….ooopss. scuze me, beloveds. It appears I am still a bit miffed and peeved with time for not being on MY schedule. It appears time is actually on God and Life’s side, at the moment. Good thing God and Life are on my side, though, eh? Tell THAT to my feels, wouldja please and thanks.
Again, take a breath, take a break and keep on doing your try. Then, let God and Life give you your harvest. You have planted, watered, pulled weeds, waited, whined, er prayed. Now, go make some cookies, pour a fresh glass of milk and chill. It is truly simply a matter of time.
In the mean(time), know you are loved and you are NOT alone. Be encouraged. I love me some you.
