I am not strong: My buddha belly.

I am walking.

I am also doing something about my buddha belly.

It has gotten on my last nerves!

Yet, I let lazy give me all kinds of reasons to be, well, lazy and not do something about it.

In truth, my buddha belly grew, in part, from comfort eating due to missing mom, missing laying my head upon HER buddha belly.

Ah, I miss you, mom. I miss laying my grown behind, on your King mattress, cheek pressed snuggly, warmly, upon your tummy. I loved making you laugh so I could hear the rumble and tumble, of laughter, gushing from your buddha belly.

Time for this buddha belly, to be gone. I don’t need it. Lazy can kick rocks. I got thangs to do…lol.

I’m not ashamed of, my buddha belly. It was/is just a sign of a formerly broken heart. Now, that I have healed. Now, that I am healing, still, I am yearning for my outside to match my inside.

Truly, as I keep moving, as I keep asking, as I keep praying, as I keep loving, as I keep trying, I am finding…ME!

Ah, love.

Aha, Cassandra!

I see you, beloved.

In the meantime, I tenderly pat my buddha belly. I cherish me. I love me. ALL of me. Especially, the buddha belly part, of me. She needs me, the most.

I am not strong.

I am courageous.

I am loved.

I am not alone.

I shall keep on being me, buddha belly and all.

Keep being you.

You are loved.

You are not alone.

I love you.

I prayed for you, today.

here,

Cassandra
