Note: I feel helpless. I feel hopeless. I feel a tad worthless when it comes to making an impact. Thankfully, my feels don’t run me. Thankfully, none of that is remotely true.
I just stopped by to encourage those who are damned tired of all the what in the fresh hell is going on in the world.
Be encouraged. Be good to you as you wait PATIENTLY for your efforts to bear fruit. Your fruit may have been meant for others to eat. Mine as well.
I may never see my πΏ plants bear their fruit. Did I plant just so I could eat? Did I plant so all may eat? Did I plant for recognition? Did I plant because I was asked to? Ah, great questions. I plant because I care. Periodt. We fight on.
Note: 514 days. Consecutively. Encouraging folk. Asking for folk to give a damn. The Bible says, “Let us not grow weary, in well doing, for in due season, we shall reap, IF we faint not.”
What purpose have I served? What good have I done? Who cares, right?
I have been watching a movie where there is this guy who has been fighting injustice for five years. Every time he gets close to winning, he loses. I’m damned tired of watching the bad guy win because nobody wants to give two damns enough to…*sigh*
I would dearly love to pack up my light…*sigh*.
If there is someone who gives two figs,Β say something encouraging to the class. I am going to go finish the movie and hope the good guy wins.
I decided to take a break and π what I was doing. I found myself wanting to force things instead of letting things happen, naturally.
Naturally, beloveds, this led to NOTHING but π€ frustration that comes from focusing on the πͺ door and not on what’s behind it.
I stopped by long enough to encourage someone. It’s okay to reset, to catch your breath.
You are doing all that you know. Celebrate your try. Celebrate your want to. Be good to yourself as you move forward.
The way has been slow. Agonizingly so. Enjoy the journey. As I am recovering, I am learning more and more to enjoy as many quiet moments as I can.
I savor the β coffee in the middle of the night when I can’t sleep, wondering how I will make my financial living. This uncertainty is unnerving. It’s unsettling.
It’s during these times that my faith is being tested. Ah, God, ow!
Be encouraged, beloveds. We got this. Rest your mind. The best IS yet to come. Enjoy your NOW. Enjoy YOU now.
