Just because you lost, doesn’t mean you are lost.

You are exactly where you are meant to be, beloveds.

This is but one part of the journey. That’s all.

The more I go, the more I grow. I feel like a winner today. I don’t feel like the loser my bank account says I must be.

Today might be the day I win. I’m going to try my best. We shall see what this day holds.

Ah, beloveds, through all this hard, I have learned that life truly is not picking on us.

Life is not taunting us with what could have been.

Life is not trying to trip us up. Life is just lifing.

What we DO, whilst life is tripping, is the key.

Too often, we judge ourselves by what we think our circumstances are telling us.

We are poor because we don’t live in the “right” neighborhood.

We don’t measure up because we don’t have the “right” heritage, upbringing, skillsets, and a million other barometers the “right” people advise we must live by and under.

Let me ask you a question: Who gets to decide what is “right”? What gives THEM the right? Who elected these apparent special people to run our lives?😳

It’s time, beloveds, to focus.

What are you focused on? Your focus can and will change your perspective. Changing your perspective WILL change your environment.

Note: Due to system issues, I have had to start my project over and over. I have been struggling through this process for the past four days. No end in sight either.

The old me would have quit in despair. The new me simply takes breaks, in the midst of the hard, and keep it moving.

Love them. Stop judging them.

I find myself doing my best to just love folk.

Periodt.

LOVE them. Not sit in judgement. Not waiting until they show themselves lovable.

We are all idiots, at times. We all do incredibly thoughtless things, at times.

I’m doing the best I can to love people without judging them. This is not always easy. Folks seem to be so hateful with you. People seem to be so cold towards one another lately. It makes me sad.

I promised that I would use my blog as a safe space for everybody. I’m doing my best to keep that promise. I don’t ask people what they believe or who they support or how they do it. I just care.

Life is so short. Things seem so dark in the world, it makes you scared to go outside. We can’t allow fear to run out over love. We have to keep moving forward. We have to keep loving one another.

My heart has been so heavy lately that I have not had the heart to do a motivational video on Youtube. I’m going to try to be uplifting today. Some kind of way.

I have been watching the World Track Championships this weekend. It has been hard to watch the ones who have lost their dreams. Their devastation has made me feel like I have lost as well.

Still, they can be proud that they got in the arena. I’m in the arena of life. It doesn’t seem as if my efforts are leading to anything positive. I choose to continue to try no matter what things look like. Feels like it seems like.

I just stopped by to encourage someone to keep going. Be encouraged.
