I feel like crap. A cold, or something, snuck into bed with me. Leaving me hot, listless and grumpy.

I did NOT feel like looking after myself. I made myself get up and look after myself. I ordered soup, orange juice and 😷 medicine.

When life is acting all lifery, beloveds, it’s super important to be good to yourself. Get up. Do what needs to be done.

Tell discouragement to kick rocks. I feel like a sick, old lady…lol. Still, I am worth loving. I am loving me.

Stop waiting for folk to love you. Love yourself NOW. Just as you are. Sick. Well. Young. Old. Rich. Broke. You are worth loving simply because you were born.
