Note: Too often, we judge ourselves based upon this, that and the other thing. Sadly, if we don’t measure up to those supposed things, we hold back loving ourselves.

Worse, we stingily hand out love like it something to be bartered for. It’s not. Love is meant to love. Period.

God cares about the little things.

My 🛁 was clogged.

Annoying.

Maddening.

I told God I was 😡 mad. My 🛁 was clogged! I told God I was tired of making lemonade out of a damned clogged bathtub!

I told Him that I did NOT want the maintenance man traipsing around in here. I’m tired of all these damned maintenance men who are running around fixing every damned thing the damned tornado tore up!!

I want the stupid tub fixed WITHOUT maintenance having to come in. I want…

Huh?

In mid tirade, there was a knock at my 🚪 door.

Would you believe, beloveds, there was a maintenance at my door asking me if my 🛁 was stopped up!!

???!!!

😳

I was almost too afraid to ask him how on God’s green earth had he known my bathtub was stopped up?!!!!

I asked him. He told me the adjacent apartment was having an issue with their tub so he decided to see if I was having the same problem. He also told me he could fix it from the other side and would not have to come in to take care of things.

I swear you could have knocked me over with a feather. Made me shut up fussing. Quick. Fast. In a hurry. Yikes!

God has jokes. I am sure He is STILL yukking it up. It really was a nice reminder that we are not alone. Even when it feels like it. Especially, apparently, when it feels like it…lol.

Hang in there, beloveds. Keep on making lemonade out of your stopped up 🛁. You never know who shall knock on your door. 😁🤣🤗🥰🙏🤷‍♀️🥳♥️

Living a lifetime in 3 1/2 months.😳

A little over 3 and 1/2 months ago?!

Wow. I can’t believe it has been such a small amount of time that the stupid tornado ripped my every day living to shreds.

I feel as though I have lived a full lifetime in less than four months. Yikes. Fresh hell. 😳

This morning, I found myself ready to live again. REALLY live. Up til now, I have been scraping by on ‘half to’. I am ready to move on because I ‘want to’.

I’m doing something I haven’t done since the tornado: Sitting in my car, yakking to you, via blog, thinking of mom, enjoying my fully paid off car.🥰😁💃💝

Life is short. I am doing my best to enjoy it. For the first time in more than four decades I am doing more than chasing a check.

I am enjoying my day for no other purpose than to encourage you and enjoy my day.

How great is that?!

That’s a they problem. I don’t have time for hater-aid. I have thangs to do. So do you.

Haters want to keep you on THIER string. You are okay so long as you march to THEIR drumbeat. Ha! I don’t think so.
