I am in a new training. Hard. Yet, I made it much harder, listening to all the tales of woe, provided by folks who had experienced the training. By the time they were done, I was done. Ready to pack up and head for the hills.
But, I told myself I would NOT allow myself to be bothered by what had happened in PAST trainings. I took ownership of THIS training and had a nice talking to to ME. I told myself:
You got this.
You CAN.
You WILL.
Ask for help.
Stay engaged.
Be a source of support for others.
Laugh.
Enjoy your day. ALL of it.
Then, I went ahead and enjoyed the day I ordered up!
Life is short, beloveds. Donβt go borrowing other folk trouble. Leave THEIR mess with them. We got thangs to do, right?
If you have some hard coming up, do the best you can to manage your ATTITUDE so your ALITITUDE will be where it needs to be. Then, embrace/enjoy the hard. The hard is making us into the outstandingly amazing people we are!
In the meantime, love someone. Start with you. Pass on the savings to as many hearts as you can. Folk are hurting but are too afraid to reach out. Be encouraged.
