Okay, really?

Note: The following may or may not have been based on unfortunately true events. Smh…

Me: Okay, Google…

Me: OKAY, Google…

Me: OKAY, GOOGLE!!!!!

*Cassandra storms around hollering ‘Okay, Google’ waking up half the neighborhood but NOT her Google Mini*

Why?

Wwwwwwhhhhhhhhy, Lord?!!

*stamps foot*

God: What’s all the what the whats and wherefores in the middle of the night?

Me: *pouting*. I’m trying to get Google Mini to answer meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!

God: Okay, so maybe you should stop hollering at Alexa??

Me: Ehem…um…

Alexa: Yea! My name is NOT Google!…*pout*. Tired of folk calling me out my name whilst expecting me to answer and respond to dumb, er, interesting requests.

Jesus: Tell Me about it. Opps. My Bad…

Smh.

Blame it on the rain. Or lack of sleep. Or me being stuck on stupid. I was two seconds from tossing my Echo Dot when I realized I was hollering to and for the wrong thing, expecting it to work.

Remind me of my life at times. Forever hollering at this, expecting that to work! Egads!

I’m learning how to holler at the right things now.πŸ˜„

Training has been really difficult. I refuse to allow the difficulty to ruin my evening after I got off work. I left difficult behind. I enjoy the rest of my day. I listen to some relaxing music. I fussed to, er, talked to God and yakked about my day.

What a day!

The day was now over. I grabbed night and we had a fantastic rest of the evening.

Too often, beloveds, we allow what happens in the day to mess up the rest of the day. Life is short. Things happens. Don’t spend the entirety of your day lamenting about what happened or did not happen in that.

It happened.

It didn’t happen.

So what?

Get on with your day.

Get on with your life.

Speaking of which I hear a cup of coffee calling my name.

Take care of yourself. Today is Friday. You have put the work in for the week. Let that be enough. The results are not up to you. The only thing needed is your try. If you have given your all relax and enjoy your weekend.

If you have not given you all this week, why not? Life is short. Promise yourself you’ll do better next time. Do better then move on with the rest of your life.

Be encouraged. You got this. You can. You will. You are loved and you are not alone.

I really do have to go now. My twin is going to fuss and complain that I did not write this last in my usual style.

Okay!

You are loved.

You are NOT alone.

Keep on being… YOU

tired but here,

Cassandra
