Hold fast, beloveds. The unknown can be absolutely terrifying if you focus on what you don’t know. Focus on what you DO know: You are loved. You are NOT alone.
Be encouraged.

Note: Hang in there. There is sooooooo much negative noise in world right now. It’s hard to block out the foolishness. We must. We have too many thangs to do.
Let’s do our best to stay focused on our dreams. Let’s make them come true. Some kind of way! Let’s go!!!!
Note: My phone is silent. No job offers. No calls for coffee โ. 56 is alone. Will 57 arrive with her in the same place? I don’t know.
Still, I give my all EVERY day. Why? Because we get ONE shot at this thing called life. Maybe my all will lead to a bit of something for me. Some day. In the meantime, I’m trying my best to give my something to someone. My something may be enough one day…
It’s time. Time for you to reveal your greatness for all the world to see.
You have been preparing for THESE moments your whole life.
Fear not. If so, take fear with you! These are the moments you have been waiting for.
Enjoy them. Do your best. Try. Then, let the chips fall where they may.
You may win. You may lose. Whatever the result, you gave your all.
There is beauty in your try. YOU did. YOU loved. YOU gave. YOU strove. YOU endured.
In spite of. Despite. Through it all.
Be proud of you. NOW. Don’t wait for the outcome to decide if you are satisfied.
Be filled with joy. NOW. These are awesome moments. ALL of them. The building of. The making of. The success of. The defeat in.
In ALL of your moments, beloveds, take in the wonder of YOU. You tried. You gave it all you got.
You have been preparing for these moments your whole life. Enjoy them. Enjoy YOU!

Note: Things takes time. I tell myself this EVERY day. Don’t allow these moments to pass by without your squeezing every drop of life and knowledge and joy and fun that you can find in them.
You are. The Universe would not have promoted you otherwise.
I don’t know if THIS will fit me.
It might. Try it out and see.
I’m not sure if I will like THIS.
You’ll never know until you try. See if it fits.
Ah, beloveds, The Universe is asking for you to have FAITH. In YOU. In your try. Keep going. The game is not finished. You are not finished. You are just getting started.
Rest as needed. Then get back in the arena and give it your all. Leave it ALL on the field. If you must lose, lose knowing you did all you knew to do. You can live with the outcome after that. Let’s go!!!!

Note: You ARE ready. Now, get out there and make it happen.
Note: Keep fighting. For you. For your dreams. You are well able to overcome THIS. The Universe has your back as you pursue, relentlessly, your dreams. You can do this. You CAN. You WILL.
If I ad a dollar dor every time I have been called ugly, growing up, I would be a billionaire.
I have been thinking about life. A lot. My life, in particular. Other folks live early and often.
For perhaps the first time, I wonder if my care would have been so caring had I been “acceptable” back then?
Would I try so hard to let folk know they are loved and not alone if I had not grown up lonely and alone?
Would my try try so hard to encourage others to not give up, even as I had to fight to stay encouraged all these years?
Would I love God so much because He loves me no matter what, given I felt so little love for so many years?
Ah, beloveds, I can’t really answer that, can I?
All I can do and have done, is to have used all of the ugly; the name calling, the isolation, the eating at the lunch table alone, to propel to and through a life of love.
I’m not ashamed of me. I’m not ashamed to be ugly. I think I am beautiful. Inside and out.
I am overweight. So what?
I have never elicited cat calls from men who should have known better than turning women into trophies and mirrors to make themselves feel better. So what?
I have never lived amidst trappings that enticed the eye and made me a supposed envy for folk to want to emulate. So what?
I’m me. Unapologetically. I have a ridiculous laugh. I tell dumb jokes. I have a huge heart. I have a Buddha belly a wise man would be honored to lay upon knowing the priceless heart that resides inside me.
The world may call me/think me ugly.
Ugliness makes me beautiful.
loving me some me, Cassandra

Note: I write these words for all the folk who are running around feeling like an imposter. Too many feel worthless because of what they have been told through their lives.
Others feel this way because they believe they need to live amongst wealth in order to be valued and feel valuable.
Each of us has value. Each of us are worthy of time and care.
I plan on spending the rest of my ugly life uplifting others and finding the beauty in the ugliest things. Be encouraged.
