No matter what it looks like.

No matter what it looks like.

Try.

No matter what it looks like.

Hope.

No matter what it looks like.

Strive.

No matter what it looks like.

Believe.

No matter what it looks like.

Love.

No matter what it looks like.

Give.

No matter what it looks like.

Do.

No matter what it looks like.

Be.

No matter what it looks like.

being with you,

Cassandra

#YourLifeMattersToMe

Note: Keep going, beloveds. Things are not always what they look like. The sun shines, still. Even above the cloudy, stormy, terrifying looking skies.

Remain faithful to your dreams. Keep the promises you have made to yourself. Hold fast to your faith. Just because you can’t see the growth doesn’t mean your seeds are not growing.

And, if your life currently has a bunch of crap going on….well ALL gardens need fertilizing don’t they?🤣

One step.

One step.

One step.

You are loved.

You are NOT alone.

Keep on being…YOU!

I am a chaser.

I am a chaser.

I have to be.

At work, my job depends upon chasing quality.

I pursure excellence, at all costs.

I must have good humor.

My job also depends upon producing as much quality work, in a timely a manner as possible.

Soooooooooooooooooooooo, I chase:

Quality.

Quantity.

Excellence.

Relentlessly.

Does it get tiring?

Absolutely.

Do I slow down?

Of course not.

I rest when I am done.

I make it my mission to give as much of me as I can to EVERY person and contact.

The last person of the day, gets just as much of me as the first person received.

It’s not always easy, beloveds, to give 100 when you feel as though you left 99 a long ways back!

Keep chasing, beloveds.

Chase:

Excellence.

Love.

Joy.

Peace.

Perseverence.

Knowledge.

Laughter.

Care.

Chase all that can/will drive back whatever darkness you may encounter. Chase all that will fill you and renew you. Chase away all that hinders you.

Life is short. Live. Love someone. Start with you.

chasing with you,

Cassandra

They don’t know you, beloveds!

They don’t know your:

Fight.

Try.

Resilience.

Heart.

Integrity.

Truth.

Love.

Joy.

Yea, beloveds, this world does NOT know you!

Look at you, with your bad self!?

Look at you being about being about it no matter what happens?!

You go!

Strut your stuff!

Yea, let ALL see you sweat as you pound your way up Hard Mountain. Hard ain’t nothin’ but a thang for you now!

I see you.

The Universe sees you.

God sees you.

Keep on being you and watch your dreams come true.

In the meantime, help someone else make their dreams come true. Encourage someone. Love someone. Starting with you.

Note: We ain’t done, beloveds.

Tell hard ha!

Tell hard ha, beloveds.

I mean it!

You had better not quit!

Get up.

Cry, if you must.

Get up!

We got thangs to do!

Our dreams are buried underneath the hard.

Keep digging!

Keep building your faith muscles.

STOP worrying about things you can’t see.

STOP focusing on how hard this is.

So what?

Are you going to quit?

No!

Get going.

You got this.

I don’t care how tired you are.

I don’t care how many folks have told you no.

I don’t give two flying figs about how many folks have received while you have not.

So what?

Get going.

I mean it.

MY dream may be buried beneath your hard. YOUR dream may be buried beneath my hard. We won’t know, beloveds, until we dig those jokers out the hard.

Let’s go.

In the meantime, be sure and laugh. Life is short. Embrace all that you are learning about yourself. The hard is besides the point. The journey is simply meant to help you bring out the best in/of you.

We can do this. We ARE doing this.

Together.

here,

Cassandra

Note: Tell someone else to get up and let’s go people! Love someone. Starting with you.

One step.

One step.

One step.

You are loved.

You are NOT alone.

Give it here, God said to me.

God: Give it here.

Me: I’m afraid.

God: Give it here, anyway.

Me: I’m afraid I will disappoint You.

God: Give it here, beloved.

Me: I’m afraid I will disappoint me.

God: Give it here. Now!

Me: K.

*Cassandra timidly hands over her doubts and fears.*

doing it afraid,

Cassandra

#YourLifeMattersToMe

Note: I had to confront fear today. I was terrified. I did what I had to do. I cried.

I told God that I was tired of this financial fight. I told God 55 was weighing me down. I told that I was tired of fighting my way out. I just wanted out. Dammit, I just want out!

My try just would not leave me alone. My try tells me to keep fighting. My try tells me that this fight will be over soon. My try tells me that it is not the outcome that I need to hold onto. It’s all in the try.

Most give up because they feel to see the point. The point is not obtaining the dream. The point is not reaching the destination. The point is our willingness to get to the start line. Knowing, we may never reach the end goal. Yet, going anyway.

Go anyway, beloveds. After I dealt with my fear, I felt such piece. God would not allow me to wait until peace came before I acted. He told me to act. He graciously gave me the space to confront and defeat my fear.

I told fear to kick rocks. I did what needed to be done. I can live with the outcome. I don’t know what my future holds, beloved. I just know that I trust God with my future. With me.

It’s okay to be afraid. Do it anyway. You’ll be glad you did. It’s okay to be discouraged. Take discouragement with you and do it anyway.

I wish I could tell you that my battle ended successfully. The fight still rages. I finally…

One step.

One step.

One step.

You are loved.

You are NOT alone.

Keep on being…YOU!

The only thing needed is you.

The only thing needed to make the world go ’round…

Is you.

The only thing needed to make miracles happen for yourself and others…

Is you.

The only thing needed to make God’s Heart smile…

Is you.

Isn’t that neat to know, beloveds?

Keep on being you. You are more than enough. Your amazing self amazes me. Don’t let these tough challenges define your life. They are just challenges. They are there to help shape you and keep you fresh and sharp.

It’s okay to wonder if you shall ever get to where you think you ought be. We all feel like this from time to time.

In the meantime, be sure to be good to YOU. Remember you are more than what you have, what you do, where you live, who you know.

This has been a terribly trying time. I refuse to give up. My try keeps telling me to try. Even when I don’t wannu!…*sniff*.

Life is short. Embrace this time. You are doing better than you think.

Love someone today. Starting with you.

Cassandra

Note: I told myself today I was a fat, old, broke lady….hahhahahahahaha. Okay, so I have picked up weight. I am 55. I ain’t got much in the bank.

STILL, I am altogether lovely! Fat, and all. Old, and all. Broke, and all. I love ALL of me. Even the extra Doritoes part of me….hahahahahahahahahahahah. Laugh, beloveds. Don’t let this world lie to you and make you think you are not fantastic. You are.

One step.

One step.

One step.

You are loved.

You are NOT alone.

Keep on being…YOU!

Just because.

Give yourself a hug.

Just because.

Tell yourself you love you.

Just because.

Tell yourself what you LIKE about yourself.

Just because.

Climb upon The Father’s Lap and lay down your weary head.

Just because.

Call a friend and let them know you could use some care.

Just because.

Tell yourself a joke.

Just because.

Do something that will make YOU smile.

Just because.

Why?

Just because.

Cassandra

Note: It’s important to be good to YOU, beloveds. Just because. You are altogether lovely. Your life is infinitely priceless. There is none like you. When you enter a room, The Universe sighs in delight.

One step.

One step.

One step.

You are loved.

You are NOT alone.

Keep on being…YOU!

I have been enjoying me.

I have been enjoying me beloveds.

All of me.

The loud me.

The quiet me.

The silly me.

The serious me.

The introspective me.

The extroverted me.

The industrious me.

The lazy me.

The overweight me.

The corny me.

The ridiculous me.

I have just been enjoying me. It feels good.

Enjoy being you. Allow this world to get to know you.

enjoying me,

Cassandra

Note: Nuff said.

One step.

One step.

One step.

You are loved.

You are NOT alone.

Keep on being…YOU!

Just when you think it won’t.

Just when you think it won’t…

It will.

Just when you think He won’t…

He will.

Just when you think it will never happen…

It does.

Just when you think all hope is lost…

It’s not.

Just when you are ready to throw in the towel…

You don’t.

Just when you have decided to give up…

You won’t.

Just when you figure you will turn loose of your try…

You can’t.

Why?

Because, just when you think it won’t…

It will!

Be encouraged.

Cassandra

Note: Work was beyond a pain. Spent two hours getting something resolved that should have only taken 20 minutes. Was shuffled from person to person. I am tenacious. I ended up with one of the peep who did not help me. No matter. I politely asked for the same thing for the millionth time.

Apparently, persistence DOES win out, in the end. Leastwise, my work issue did. Was I ready to throw in the towel? Yes. Did I? Heck no. I had work things to do.

Don’t allow a little hard to throw you off your game. Keep at it. Scream, on the inside. Smile, on the outside. Can’t let hard see you sweat!

One step.

One step.

One step.

You are loved.

You are NOT alone.

Keep on being…YOU!
