Be of service: To, you.

Serving is rewarding.

Serving causes one to consider more than what is in front of you.

Serving helps you to focus on something other than your problems. In fact, serving helps you to understand your life is NOT a problem. You have been causing problems, in your life, via your actions or lack thereof.

Serving brings gratitude. From, The Universe. From, your heart. From, God. From, Life. From, your community. From…well, there a jillions of people places and things who/which will be gratified by your service.

The very first person, beloveds, you MUST serve, is YOU!

You can’t give, what you don’t have.

Take, stock.

Take, inventory.

Listen:

To, your heart.

To, your mind.

To, your spirit.

To, the universe.

To, Life.

To, God.

How?

Start asking each, out loud, what it needs. I know. It may sound absolutely absurd and ridiculous. I promise, beloveds, it works.

Speaking, out loud, brings fear, pride, doubt and all their friends, out in the open.

Speaking, out loud, also brings out hope.

Speaking, out loud, will bring out all kinds of hidden treasures.

After you have taken inventory, do SOMETHING from the list given to you. Take your time. Take things slowly. This is a life pursuit. It will take the sum total of your life to complete. Knowing this, enjoy each and every moment.

The world scoffs at service. Serving others is sooooooooo rewarding. Get to serving. Starting with YOU.

Focus on something else.

It’s amazing what will happen if you put your focus on something other than your perceived problems.

I decided to spend some time encouraging others and time just wiped away my problems. I forgot I had any. All I could think of was what I could do to make someone smile.

Not a whole lot is funny. Life is just so hard for so many. I scarcely know where to start let alone what to pray.

I decided to just care. In my own small limited way. Hopefully, I can make someone forget their hard if just for a moment.

Look around, beloveds. Look out. Look up.

Focus on something else.

God: Hmmm. What say we go have a cup of coffee and just BE together?

Me: I would like that.

God: Good. Because I like you.

It amazes me, beloveds, to KNOW God loves me. ME. This dopey, ridiculous, what in the world have you done NOW me! Who knew?!

I keep looking at my life wanting to do more, be more, give more. I keep asking God to bless me, financially, so I can do the more I long to. He has not answered. All He does is tell me to just keep being me. How weird is He?!

Just BE, beloveds. You are EXACTLY what this upside down world needs. As am I. Let’s love the lot of us, together, eh? Even the ones who are the most maddening/disappointing. They need us the most.

Time: Value it.

One reason why I do meal prep is it saves me time so I can do other things.

Also, meal prepping leaves me with meals I can eat when I’m not feeling well and don’t want to prepare something.

Time is short. I’m trying to value time as best as I can. We only get twenty four hours in the day.

I’m debating whether to finish my writing or to stop in watching movie or two.

I think I am going to stop worrying about the future and enjoy a movie or two. Time is short. Who wants to join me?🤣🍿

You have twenty four hours in your day. What are you going do with it? Who are you going to spend your time on?

Do not waste a moment on things which does not serve you and others. Do not waste a minute.

Hello old friends.

I have started collecting books again. I have not started reading though.

I have no idea why but after mom passed away I lost my joy in reading. No earthly idea why and still makes no sense to me.

I tossed every dream away, when she passed. Figured what the world do I need them for now? Eventually, I drug them from the tombs of the get gone. Reading, has been the last to come out. Now, I am looking forward to seeing old friends again!

Which one will I start with!?🥰🤗

It turns out that someone near me had connected to my WIFI speakers. I had no idea who. I finally had to disconnect.

Technology is great. Connections are fantastic. That said, we have to be careful of the connections we make.

There are also connections we need to disconnect from. They are connections which no longer serve us or the other end. They are connections which are keeping us from living our best life.

There are connections which keep us from our calling. There are connections which are hindering our dreams.

I am doing the best. I can to disconnect from as many hidden connections as I can. I make sure to keep fear disconnected. I’m work to keep doubt disconnected.

I work to stay connected to positive things. I work hard to stay disconnected from pride. Pride keeps us from taking ownership of my mistakes and lack of try, at times.

I am doing my best to richard and to be kind. This kindness is so lacking in the world today. I am hoping to connect with kindness with as many people as I can.

You never know who your life is going to touch. You never know who The Universe will send into your life and connect you with.

Be kind to yourself. I like yourself to be open to new connections. Be okay with shutting down old connections which get in your way.

Remember you are never alone. You don’t fight alone. You don’t dream alone. There is someone out there who can and will help you make your dreams come true.

Take care of your heart because it is as precious as you are.

Keep moving forward. Keep looking up. Stay hopeful. You got thangs to do.

I have been engaged in a raging argument with The Universe. And I mean rrrraaagggggginnnnnnng!

The truth has reared it’s ugly head and keeps reminding me I can NOT afford my dreams. I can NOT afford to quit my job and write. I can NOT quit my job and learn how to build a website etc.

I CAN learn to build one. Only work is sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much work I am too exhausted to do anything but tumble into bed. Exhausted. Annoyed. Irritated I am much too tired to pursue my dreams.

I have been yelling at The Universe ALL day. In between work, that is. I am just simply tired of fighting with the damned Universe to help a sista out already!

I know. I know. Millions of folk have the same dilemma. Yet, there are the chosen wonderfuls who get the amazing opportunity to have plenty of time, money and opportunity to pursue their passions all day.

I am trying my best not to get on my case for having chosen occupations which don’t pay a whole lot. Rather, God chose ME for these occupations of serving folks. Don’t get me wrong. I love serving folk. It’s my passion. I just wish my passion PAID THE BILLS ALREADY GOD!!!!!!!

Life is short. There are things I want to do. There are places I want to go. I have spent the better part of 3 decades serving folk and giving what I had. I wish I had more to give.

*sigh*. I don’t even know what I am trying to say, beloveds. I just know that I have outgrown this pot I am currently living in. My tent needs to be enlarged and I can’t enlarge it on my own UNNNNNNNNNNIIIVVVVVVVEEEEERRRRRSSSEEE!!!!!!!!!!

Life is amazing. Here I was, all downcast and sad. I had put on one of my youtube channels that plays beautiful music along with scriptures and the first one that popped up was Psalm 43:5 – Why are you cast down, O my soul? And why are you disquieted within me? Hope in God…

Hold on, beloveds. The way shall be made. He shall make the practically impossible POSSIBLE.

In the meantime. Three words that make me want to pop something or someone upside the head already!

My dreams are impossibly big. Are they impossible? I have no idea. God knows but He’s not telling.

Wait on it.

My shower and I have been in some heavy battle royales here lately.

For whatever reason, the shower God’s have decreed or decried, depending on whose side you are on, to mix the hot and cold however they bloody well please.

Leaving, moi, in the middle.

So, I am either howling, in outrage, stamping about the bathroom, buck naked no less, whilst either the hot or cold decide to join said shower.

I make quite the sight, lemme tell ya. Geez. I dare not cause you to see something you can never unsee, so shall refrain from describing the heaping, now heavy, personage called me.

I have learned to maneuver between the hot and the cold. I have learned to wait until the hot mixes with the cold. I have learned to be patient.With my showers…lol 😂.

I’m learning how to wait. Waiting can be tough. Waiting patiently can be super tough.

I am thankful for all of this hard as it is teaching me how to wait patiently. I am doing my best just to focus on my steps and not worry about falling behind.

When I was researching what I wanted to do with my riding, I began to feel maybe what I wanted to do would not be successful. I almost stopped dreaming.

Today, I simply dream. I wonder. I wander. I was telling my sister that it just may well be that I will never financially prosper from my dream. I will have to make my peace with that. I have made my peace with that.

Okay, maybe not made my peace but am working on me still.

In the meantime, I’m going to do the best I can to wait and enjoy the waiting.

Enjoy the waiting. Enjoy your life. Enjoy your now. Enjoy who you are right now.

Remember to love someone today. Starting with you. Thank you for being the amazing person that you are. Thank you for all the love you share. Thank you for caring about the world. Thank you just for being you.
