My faith is a part of who I am. I believe in the love of Jesus, and I believe His love is what reaches people.

I don’t believe love is something we force on others—I believe love is something we show.

I believe Jesus draws people through love, and my hope is that everyone who enters this space feels seen, valued, and loved. 懶

So my purpose is simple:

To encourage.
To listen.
To share hope. ✨
To remind people that even in their hardest moments, they are not invisible and they are not alone.

Don’t just read—participate.

Encourage somebody.
Sit with someone in their hard place.
Love when it’s inconvenient.
Show up when it’s uncomfortable.

Because that is where real growth happens.

We’re not just gathering—we’re becoming.

I am either having another stroke or possibly a brain bleed. They want to do a MRI but I am too claustrophobic. If they sedate me the neurologist says will surely have a stroke on the table.

I need a miracle quick, fast and in a hurry!

Don’t let fear steal your voice.

Today was rough. I have spent the morning in tears.

This morning, beloveds, I was left on the bedpan for more than forty minutes. The staff was busy. The nurse said she told folk not to forget me. They forgot.

I can not tell you how helpless I felt. I felt that same helpless feeling like when I had the stroke. The nurse didn’t apologize which made me hurt worse.  Just thinking about it makes me cry. Again.

At first, I was going to let upset shut my mouth.

Ha! I gathered my voice and spoke to the nurse who told the charge nurse. I just spoke with the hospital Case Manager. I am going to have to have tests to make sure my hip is okay. She is also going to  notify my family.

I just stopped by to encourage you to NEVER allow fear to shut your mouth. Be sure to be your loudest advocate!

You are NOT alone. God goes before us all.

Also, NEVER choose to allow fear or any other emotion to run your life and choices.

Choose love. Choose to walk in the Light/light.

Before you close your eyes tonight, I want you to remember something…


You made it through today.
No matter what today looked like…
No matter how many challenges you faced…
No matter how many questions are still waiting for answers…
You are here.
And that matters. ❤️
Sometimes we are so focused on what we still need to do that we forget to celebrate what we have already survived.
Maybe today was filled with appointments.
Maybe today was filled with pain.
Maybe today was filled with uncertainty.
Maybe today simply took more strength than you thought you had.
But Beloveds…
You are still standing.
You are still trying.
You are still moving forward.
And that is something to be proud of. 🌱
Tonight, give yourself permission to rest.
You do not have to solve everything before you sleep.
You do not have to carry every worry into tomorrow.
Some things can wait.
Tonight is for peace.
Tonight is for healing.
Tonight is for allowing your mind and body a chance to breathe. 🌙
