Hear this, beloveds, just because you had an ending doesn’t mean it’s the end of/for you.
Things change. Life happens As, it should. As, it must.
Still, know you do not have to lament that which has ended. ALL things have their end.
Try not to spend too much time in the land of regret. The thing happened. Grieve, if you must. Cry, as your heart asks. Then, rise, beloveds. Get ready for the next steps.
You may have to retrace your steps. Alas, you may be required to blaze a new path! Rejoice when hard comes for you. For, you begin to carve out a new path. Your path.
New journeys awaits us all the time. Which way shall you go. Enjoy EVERY STEP. Ah, God, what do we do with us now?

Note: Be encouraged. Remember that we’ve got thangs to do!
Whatever this life hands you, beloveds, you can ALWAYS choose to turn it into something good and worthwhile.
Life is as YOU choose to make it. Make it spectacular!

Note: Tomorrow will be exactly six months to the day of my stroke. I am doing. my best to create a fantastic life for myself.
If I can lose a twin after 57 years of life, lose my job, have a stroke, lose ALL my savings, and have to start over learning how to walk, talk, and 90 million other things, then you can turn ALL your hard into something good and or worthwhile.
I’m exhausted. I’m doing facial exercises to help me relearn HOW to smile. Who knew it would be THIS hard learning how to smile again. Jimeny Crickets!
I just stopped by to encourage someone. Starting with me!
Beloveds, please don’t allow anything to erase your smile. Go back and find where you lost/left it.
No matter what you going through, be sure to take your smile with you. You need it.
Note: How about you? Ah, beloveds, why must you view yourself so harshly. WHEN will you start giving yourself some credit for all you do and have tried. Enough judging yourself this way! Do what you can do and leave the rest alone.
My tired is tired. In fact, beloveds, my tired is exhausted.
I was ready to kick something, just now. I have spent the past eternity trying to post something uplifting. Fresh hell!…*pout*. My brain is in need of serious act right!!
I can’t recall things that used to come naturally.
My Occupational Therapist thinks I am trying too hard. My brain is tired. She encouraged me to give myself permission to:
So, I am shutting it down for the night. Think I will go watch someone save the world. Who wants to join me. Somebody make some popcorn.

Someone has been needing to hear these words. If it’s you, let me know please and thanks…
When I first had my stroke, I did not want to live “that way “. Rather, I had absolutely NO ide HOW to live “like that!
THAT seemed:
Distasteful.
Too blasted difficult.
Disastrous, and ever other D, F,LMNOP word in the dictionary.
Those first days, weeks, moments were bajillion seconds of nothing but fear, dread, panic and terror.
I was terrified of everything and everybody. I was certain God had surely abandoned me for not being immediately able to stand on my faith.
We can all talk a big game, can’t we, when we have a full belly and a few pennies in the bank, can’t we?
It’s a whole other thing when a stroke takes your words, your very last penny, destroys your dignity, dims your eyesight, removes your joy, laughs in your face, and makes it so you can’t even wipe your own behind.
Yep, beloveds, hit me up after being utterly devastated.
And, do NOT even talk to me about depression. ONLY someone who KNOWS what true depression looks, tastes and FEELS like. Whew!!
Only God, or someone who has clawed his/her/their way out of the abyss, can even begin to touch the breadth of that despair.
It took months to dig myself out of the grave depression left so tantalizingly for me. Tears truly were my meat, my sustenance for longer than I care to admit.
God was sooooooooo silent for sooooooo very long. I felt lost, I felt so alone. Ah God, WHY did You leave me for so long!
God mercifully, left me alone only long enough for me to resurrect my faith from the chokehold of fear, shame and guilt. I blamed myself.
God stayed with me. Through it all. ALL!
I just stopped by to encourage someone. Was it you? Or, you?
Be encouraged. You SHALL come forth as gold.
Pain is hollering at me. Have an amazing rest of your day. I love you and so does He
When I first started my blog 6 plus years ago, I had NO idea:
What to say.
What to write.
How to say it.
IF I should say anything.
I wondered:
If anyone would be interested in what I had to say/share.
If God would be interested in what I had to say.
If I would be interested in what I had to say and share.
God told me to “just write “. So, I did. I think the first piece I wrote was about a fly named ‘Percival’!
😁🤗😎🤣!
From that day, beloveds, til now, I have shared my heart, my hard, my stupid, my mad, my joy, my faith and, every subject under the sun and heaven above!🤣
Here I am, beloveds, encouraging you to open your mouth, your, and your spirit so you can enjoy the joy of your own Percival.
We all have stories to share. Let me hear from you. I invite you to build your own dream. Let’s see how God, how Life, will open before us!Let’s go!!!
