So what!

Yes, my feelings are hurt. Thought more folks would care and respond. My love is NOT contingent on if yall love me back. Shall love whosoever shows up.

HA! fear! Shut it up!

YIKES!

Pray for a sista!!

I am either having another stroke or possibly a brain bleed. They want to do a MRI but I am too claustrophobic. If they sedate me the neurologist says will surely have a stroke on the table.

I need a miracle quick, fast and in a hurry!

EGADS!!

WHEW!!!

Kick rocks, satan. the devil IS a liar!

Whatever, fear!

choosing to stand on BUSINESS TEN TOES DOWN,

Cassandra

Be encouraged. In case I come out of this with scrambled eggs for brains, beloveds  promise yall will love one another and folk take over responding to all my older posts.

I sure could use a million words of encouragement. Likes are nice but geeeeez, fam. Whew. Let my last word be that I love you and care for your and so does He…

I told fear to shut it up!

Fear: You are going to have another stroke.  You will HAVE to fear me for the rest of your life.

Me: I DON’T THINK SO! SHUT IT UP!!

Beloveds, do NOT allow fear to scare you to death! Tell fear to shut it up and keep living your best life!!

Nuff said.

✨ Heavenly Worship R&B Vibes 🌙 | Peaceful Christian Soul Music for Praye…

So beautiful!

What’s up, Lord. I love me some You.  Bless every heart. Love on us, today

Your Bestie,

Cassandra

This music is sooooo peaceful..🥰🤗

I love you, beloveds.

I love you more than you know, beloveds. I pray for you EVERY day. I hope the best for you.

Please, please, please live! Yes. life can and is hard, at times. Still, life is so worth living.

When my twin sister died, this past December, I  didn’t know if I could live without her. Although, I miss her terribly, she watches over me. With mom. With dad. With those who have gone before me.

Ah, beloveds, live your best life. The world is waiting.

loving you,

Cassandra

Don’t let fear steal your voice.

Today was rough. I have spent the morning in tears.

This morning, beloveds, I was left on the bedpan for more than forty minutes. The staff was busy. The nurse said she told folk not to forget me. They forgot.

I can not tell you how helpless I felt. I felt that same helpless feeling like when I had the stroke. The nurse didn’t apologize which made me hurt worse.  Just thinking about it makes me cry. Again.

At first, I was going to let upset shut my mouth.

Ha! I gathered my voice and spoke to the nurse who told the charge nurse. I just spoke with the hospital Case Manager. I am going to have to have tests to make sure my hip is okay. She is also going to  notify my family.

I just stopped by to encourage you to NEVER allow fear to shut your mouth. Be sure to be your loudest advocate!

You are NOT alone. God goes before us all.

Also, NEVER choose to allow fear or any other emotion to run your life and choices.

Choose love. Choose to walk in the Light/light.

walking with you,

Cassandra

Tomorrow Still Holds Hope ❤️

Beloveds,
Before you close your eyes tonight, I want you to remember something…

You made it through today.
No matter what today looked like…
No matter how many challenges you faced…
No matter how many questions are still waiting for answers…
You are here.
And that matters. ❤️
Sometimes we are so focused on what we still need to do that we forget to celebrate what we have already survived.
Maybe today was filled with appointments.
Maybe today was filled with pain.
Maybe today was filled with uncertainty.
Maybe today simply took more strength than you thought you had.
But Beloveds…
You are still standing.
You are still trying.
You are still moving forward.
And that is something to be proud of. 🌱
Tonight, give yourself permission to rest.
You do not have to solve everything before you sleep.
You do not have to carry every worry into tomorrow.
Some things can wait.
Tonight is for peace.
Tonight is for healing.
Tonight is for allowing your mind and body a chance to breathe. 🌙
🙏 For those who believe in God:
Lord,
Tonight I pray for every weary heart reading this message.
Bring peace where there is worry.
Bring comfort where there is pain.
Bring strength where there is weakness.
Quiet the fears that keep us awake.
Remind us that tomorrow is a new day and that we never walk alone.
Amen. ❤️
✨ For those who do not share that belief:
Tonight, remind yourself:
I did the best I could today.
I am allowed to rest.
I can release what I cannot control.
Tomorrow is another opportunity.
I can face what comes one moment at a time.
Hope is still possible.
🌙 Evening Affirmations:
✨ I am proud of myself for making it through today.
✨ I deserve rest and kindness.
✨ I do not have to carry every burden alone.
✨ My challenges do not define my future.
✨ Tomorrow brings new possibilities.
✨ I am stronger than this moment.
✨ My story is still being written.
🎯 Tonight’s Reflection Challenge:
Before you rest, ask yourself:
❤️ What is one thing I am grateful for today?
🌱 What is one small victory I can celebrate?
🌅 What hope can I carry into tomorrow?
Remember…
The smallest victories still count.
A peaceful moment.
A kind word.
A deep breath.
A little progress.
They all matter. ✨
🌅 Hope for Tomorrow:
Tomorrow does not have to be perfect.
It only has to be a new beginning.
You do not need to know every step ahead.
You only need enough strength for the step in front of you.
A new sunrise means a new opportunity.
A new day means a new chance.
A new morning means hope is still alive. ❤️
Rest tonight knowing this:
Your journey is not over.
Your story is not finished.
There are still beautiful moments ahead.

📝 Note:
If today was hard, please remember:
You do not have to be strong every second.
You are allowed to rest.
You are allowed to heal.
You are allowed to take your time.
Give yourself the same love and patience you would give someone else.
Tomorrow is waiting.
And you can meet it one moment at a time. 🌱
One step.
One step.
One step.
You are loved. ❤️
You are NOT alone. 🤝
Keep on being…YOU! ✨
🌅

Take a step, Cassandra.

Me: I’m scared

God: I know. Take a step, anyway.

Me: I may fall.

God: I know. I’ll help you up. Take a step, beloved.

Me: People may/will laugh at me

God: True that. Take a step, anyway. Let’s laugh together!

Me:

taking a chance on me,
Cassandra

#YourLifeMattersToMe

Note: Take a chance on yourself! You have everything to gain…

One step.

One step.

One step.

You are loved.

You are NOT alone.

Keep on being…YOU!

Hold on.

🌅 When Life Changes Suddenly, Hold On to Hope ❤️ Beloveds, Sometimes life changes in a moment. One phone call. One diagnosis. One unexpected event. One day that looks completely different from the day before. And suddenly, we find ourselves standing in a place we never planned to be. A place filled with questions. A place filled with uncertainty. A place where we have to learn a new way forward. If you are in that place today… I want you to know something. You are not the only one who has ever felt afraid. You are not the only one who has wondered what tomorrow will bring. You are not the only one who has had to find strength you didn’t know you had. ❤️ Sometimes life asks us to be brave before we feel ready. Sometimes we have to take a step before we know exactly where the path leads. Sometimes we have to believe that we can make it through a season we never expected to face. And that is where courage begins. Courage is not the absence of fear. Courage is moving forward while fear is still there. 🌱 Every new beginning starts with a single step. A small step. A quiet step. A step that says: “I may not know everything, but I am still here.” “I may be struggling, but I am still trying.” “I may be tired, but I have not given up.” Beloveds, please don’t underestimate the power of continuing. There is strength in showing up. There is strength in trying again. There is strength in choosing hope one more time. ❤️ Some days your victory may not look like a major accomplishment. Maybe your victory is getting through a difficult morning. Maybe your victory is asking for help. Maybe your victory is finding one thing to be grateful for. Maybe your victory is simply saying: “I will try again tomorrow.” Those victories count. They matter. They are part of your story. 🙏 For those who believe in God, may you find peace in knowing that difficult seasons do not mean you have been forgotten. May you find comfort in His presence and strength for each new day. 🤝 For those who do not share that belief, I hope you find encouragement through the love around you, the kindness of others, and the reminder that difficult moments can still lead to new beginnings. No matter what you believe… You deserve hope. You deserve kindness. You deserve encouragement. 🌅 Life may change our plans. But it does not have to take away our purpose. A difficult season may shape you. It may challenge you. It may even change you. But it does not have to defeat you. There are still beautiful moments ahead. There are still lessons to learn. There are still people to love. There are still memories waiting to be made. ✨ When the days feel heavy, remind yourself: I can face this moment. I can take this one day at a time. I can give myself grace. I can celebrate small victories. I can believe that better days are possible. My circumstances are part of my story, but they do not define my entire story. ❤️ Beloveds, wherever you are today… Be patient with yourself. Healing takes time. Growing takes time. Finding your way takes time. Do not rush your journey. Do not compare your chapter to someone else’s. Your path is your own. Your progress is your own. Your story is your own. 🌻 Keep planting seeds of hope. Keep looking for reasons to smile. Keep accepting love when it is offered. Keep believing that tomorrow can bring something new. Because sometimes the strongest thing you can do… Is simply keep going. One breath. One moment. One day. At a time. 🌅 Remember: The storm may be loud… But it will not last forever. The night may feel long… But morning is still coming. Your story is still being written. And there are still beautiful pages ahead. ❤️ Keep hope alive. Keep believing. Keep moving forward. Because your journey is not finished.

Be encouraged.

Asking for A Friend,

Cassandra

Heart ❤️ check Sunday.

Beloveds,

Can we talk for a bit?
I don’t know your name.
I don’t know where you’re reading this from.
I don’t know what brought you here today.
But maybe…
Just maybe…
You needed these words at this exact moment.
Because you’re tired.
Not just the kind of tired that a good night’s sleep can fix.
I’m talking about the kind of tired that reaches deep into your heart.
The kind of tired that makes you wonder:
“How much more can I handle?”
“How much longer do I have to fight?”
“Will things ever get better?”
If those thoughts have crossed your mind…
Please know this.
You are not alone. ❤️
Maybe you’re lying in a hospital bed.
Maybe you’re waiting for answers.
Maybe you’re learning to walk again.
Maybe you’re learning to speak again.
Maybe you’re facing a health challenge you never expected.
Maybe you’re carrying pain that nobody else can see.
Maybe you’re worried about finances.
Maybe you’re taking care of everyone else while quietly needing someone to take care of you.
Or maybe…
You’re simply tired of pretending everything is okay.
If that’s you…
This message is for you.
Please hear me.
You are not weak because you’re tired.
You are human.
There is a difference.
❤️ We live in a world that often celebrates people who look like they have it all together.
But the truth is…
Everyone struggles.
Everyone has battles.
Everyone has moments when they need encouragement.
Strength does not mean you never fall.
Strength means you keep getting back up.
Strength is trying again.
Strength is asking for help.
Strength is taking one more step when the journey feels too difficult.
Sometimes courage is not something big and dramatic.
Sometimes courage looks like:
Opening your eyes another morning.

Getting out of bed.
Taking care of yourself.
Taking your medicine.
Going to therapy.
Practicing that difficult word.
Taking that difficult step.
❤️ Choosing to keep going.
Those moments matter.
Those moments are victories.
Celebrate them.
Because small victories become big victories.
Healing is not always a straight line.
Some days you will feel stronger.
Some days you may feel discouraged.
Some days you may wonder if you are making any progress.
But please remember…
A difficult day does not erase all the progress you have made.
A setback does not mean you have failed.
A slow day does not mean you are standing still.
Sometimes healing is happening even when you cannot see it.
❤️ To the person in the hospital…
I see you.
To the person rebuilding their life one day at a time…
I see you.
To the family member sitting beside someone they love…
I see you.

⚕️ To every doctor, nurse, therapist, and caregiver…
Thank you for the compassion you give every day.
To the person crying quietly when nobody is watching…
I see you too.
Please remember these words:
✨ Your life matters.
✨ Your voice matters.
✨ Your dreams matter.
✨ Your purpose matters.
✨ Your story matters.
✨ You matter.
Your value is not determined by what you can do today.
Your value is not determined by your health.
Your value is not determined by your struggles.
You matter because you are here.
❤️ We all walk different paths.
We all carry different stories.
We all have different beliefs.
For those who believe in God…
My prayer is that you feel His peace surrounding you.
May you feel His strength when yours feels gone.
May you feel His comfort when life feels overwhelming.
May you remember you are never walking alone.

For those who do not share that belief…
I want you to know this message is for you too.
I hope you find strength through the people who love you.
I hope you find kindness in unexpected places.
I hope you find comfort through caring hearts, supportive friends, family, and those who stand beside you.
I hope you remember that tomorrow can bring something different from today.
Because hope belongs to everyone.
Love belongs to everyone.
Kindness belongs to everyone.
Compassion belongs to everyone.
Encouragement has no boundaries.
It is a gift we can all give.
So today…
Be gentle with yourself.
Accept help when you need it.
Rest when your body needs rest.
Celebrate every small victory.
❤️ Speak kindly to yourself.
You are doing better than you may realize.
One day…
You may look back and realize that the moments you thought were breaking you…
Were actually building you.
The struggles you thought would destroy you…
May become the very things that show you how strong you truly are.
Your story can become hope for someone else.
Your journey can remind someone that they are not alone.
Your survival can become someone’s encouragement.
 So if today is hard…
Take it one moment at a time.
One breath at a time.
One step at a time.
You do not have to figure out your whole future tonight.
Just focus on this moment.
This breath.
This day.
❤️ And if you cannot hold on to hope today…
Let someone else hold hope for you until you are ready to carry it again.
There is no shame in needing help.
There is no shame in resting.
There is no shame in saying:
“I need someone beside me.”
That is not weakness.
That is being human.
Before you go, remember this:
You are stronger than you feel.
You are loved more than you know.
You are needed more than you realize.
Your story is still being written.
Your future still has possibilities.
Your best days may not be behind you.
They may still be waiting for you.
Tomorrow is a new sunrise.
A new opportunity.
A new beginning.
So rest tonight.
Breathe.
Believe.
Hope.
And when tomorrow comes…
Rise again.
One breath.
One step.
One victory at a time.
Because…
Your story is not over.
❤️ The best chapters are often written after the hardest ones.
Keep going.
You are worth it.
And there is still hope.
