I find myself, often, up in the middle of the night, posting this, typing that, watching this, doing all kinds of that, on my phone. I have done much better, beloveds, with putting the phone down so I can have some ME time.
Today, I determined to leave my posting phone, on my work desk and leave it be, once I get off work. That way, I can truly have some me time, once in bed. I do my best to get my pieces done, get folks encouraged, and all things done so I can have some me time before I retire for the night.
For a while, I found myself encrouching upon my ‘me’ time. I was sneakily telling myself my ‘me’ time could wait. After a while, of course, my ‘me’ time turned into nonexistent time.
It’s imperative, to do us, in order for us to be able to do for others.
Soooooooooooooooooooo, beloveds, learn to start leaving things on the table. Get in your ‘me’ time so you can do you, full of vim and vinegar!
Be encouraged.
Keep being about being about it.
Keep trying.
Keep living.
Keep loving.
Keep walking.
Even when you are tired.
Please, please, please don’t allow tired to be the reason you quit. Tell tired to hurry up and get a move on! We got thangs to do.
