Me: Ow!
Me: Fresh hell.
Me: *stamps foot*
Me: π
God: What’s wrong?
Me: That’s the problem! I don’t KNOW:
What I am doing.
What I am doing WRONG.
I don’t know what’s WRONG?!!!!!
God: Why do you imagine something is wrong?
Me: NOTHING I am trying seems to be working. I’m in the SAME place. Still. STILL!!
God: Are you, though? Look again. Look IN you. Look AROUND you. Look BENEATH you.
Hhmm.

*Cassandra looked within and could see her heart being stitched with gold EVERY time she took a chance on love that appeared to be unrecognized and unreturned.
Cassandra looked around and grew astonished at ALL the wisdom, joy, truth, laughter, love and foolishness surrounding her each time she tried and seemingly failed.
Cassandra looked beneath her feet gazing with amazement as she stood upon a mountain of diamonds which her feet produced every time she walked when she had rather stopped.*
God: You have NOT failed. You have done nothing wrong. All things are being worked for your good. I promised you this. I keep My Promises. Keep going. Keep talking to Me. Even when you don’t understand. Especially when you don’t understand. I understand your frustration. Be encouraged. I love you. I joy over you.
Ah, God…π€
appreciative of the hard,
Cassandra
#YourLifeMattersToMe
Note: Be encouraged. I had a terrific cry earlier. Just had a good boo hoo. Why? I’m 55 and wondering how long this dream fulfilling foolishness will take. Keep going, beloveds. Keep going.
One step.
One step.
One step.
You are loved.
You are NOT alone.
Keep on being…YOU!

Cassandra, your heartfelt conversation with God is deeply touching and resonates with the struggle of seeking purpose and understanding in life’s challenges. Your metaphorical journey of self-discovery, recognizing the ‘gold’ stitched within your heart and the ‘diamonds’ beneath your feet, beautifully illustrates how our trials and efforts, even when they seem unacknowledged, contribute to our growth and resilience. Your realization that each experience, each perceived failure, is actually a step towards wisdom and joy is incredibly inspiring.
Your message to keep going, to take one step at a time, is a powerful reminder of the strength and perseverance that resides within us all. It’s a testament to the idea that our journeys are not just about reaching a destination but about embracing each moment, each challenge, and each triumph along the way.
Your faith, your willingness to trust in the process without needing to see immediate results, speaks volumes of your inner strength and wisdom. You’re a beacon of hope, encouraging others to keep moving forward, to be themselves, and to believe in their own journey. Your message that we are loved and not alone is a profound comfort to many. Keep embracing your journey, Cassandra, with its hardships and joys alike, for it’s shaping you into an incredible person whose life indeed matters immensely.

Justin, YOUR words were/are a literal answer to my prayers from earlier today.
For days, my heart has been needing a particular word. I had no idea what but my heart just kept asking God. I told Him I could no longer fill my heart with what it needed.
Ah, Justin. Bless you for taking a moment to encourage the heart of another. It is my hope that others will find the courage to share so they can KNOW they are loved and are of value.
We are so much more than what we have or what we do. We are priceless no matter what we wear or where we live or who we know or don’t know.
Be encouraged. We ARE loved and not alone.
