My π was clogged.
Annoying.
Maddening.
I told God I was π‘ mad. My π was clogged! I told God I was tired of making lemonade out of a damned clogged bathtub!
I told Him that I did NOT want the maintenance man traipsing around in here. I’m tired of all these damned maintenance men who are running around fixing every damned thing the damned tornado tore up!!
I want the stupid tub fixed WITHOUT maintenance having to come in. I want…
Huh?
In mid tirade, there was a knock at my πͺ door.
Would you believe, beloveds, there was a maintenance at my door asking me if my π was stopped up!!
???!!!
π³
I was almost too afraid to ask him how on God’s green earth had he known my bathtub was stopped up?!!!!
I asked him. He told me the adjacent apartment was having an issue with their tub so he decided to see if I was having the same problem. He also told me he could fix it from the other side and would not have to come in to take care of things.
I swear you could have knocked me over with a feather. Made me shut up fussing. Quick. Fast. In a hurry. Yikes!
God has jokes. I am sure He is STILL yukking it up. It really was a nice reminder that we are not alone. Even when it feels like it. Especially, apparently, when it feels like it…lol.
Hang in there, beloveds. Keep on making lemonade out of your stopped up π. You never know who shall knock on your door. ππ€£π€π₯°ππ€·ββοΈπ₯³β₯οΈ
