I’m learning that I can do what I set my mind to do.
I don’t make excuses. Not anymore. I get up and try. Simple as that. I don’t waste half the day trying to talk myself into doing this or out of trying that. In times past, I wasted so much time making excuses.
While I was feeling better, I did as much work on the computer as I could, knowing that I may not be able to for several days. I am learning to work around these storms in my vertigo. I have no choice. Life is much too short. I have things to do.
Set your mind to doing something, then just do it. Simple as that. Can we spend too much of our lives complicating things and making things harder than they need to be.
I could have spared my hands, hours of typing, simply by getting up and getting the headset I knew I had. Laziness kept me from doing so. How silly. I’m getting so much work done now.
I have learned to work smarter, not harder. I still work hard, but I don’t work myself to the point of being so tired it takes me days to recover. How silly. 56 refuser to do that anymore.
I hope you’re having a fabulous week. If you’re not, you can always begin again. Take care.
