Life is short. Love yourself. Receive yourself. Accept yourself. If you are out of pocket, fix those things.
If you’re doing the best you can, acknowledge that you’re doing the best you can, and keep it moving.
My work system kept messing up. In the past I would have been soooo frustrated. I don’t anymore. It is what it is.
A lot of things that happen to get to you. Do what you can. Fix what you can. Get what help you can. Then, laugh and keep it moving.
Have an amazing today. Remember, you can start over as many times in a day as you need to.
Be sure to laugh. Be sure to love someone starting with you. I love you.

Note: We can’t have our phones on during the work day. This has turned out to be such a blessing. It has kept out so much negativity. I don’t have to worry about doom scrolling. I have been able to concentrate fully on my job. I have left family and friends know when I am available. This has left me extra time to just breathe and focus. You should try it sometime.

I get frustrated with my self often these days, and so after sitting with those arrangement of feelings, and instead of moping around the rest of the day, I continually must do the reset. Splashed water on my face, stuck my head out the window into the cold..common start overs these days!
