Every since I had to have drywall fixed, under the sink, I have been having to fight with bugs.

I hate bugs!!!!!!

Almost daily, it seems, I find myself hooting and hollering, raging at The Universe, fighting with my Thanos sized can of bug spray, whilst attempting to finger snap these dumb things out of existance!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It also feels as if God and The Universe keeps bugging me by revealing past issues and unresolved issues/feels that have been preventing me from moving forward.

EEEEEEGGGGGGGGGAAAAADDDDDS!!!

I now find myself hooting and hollering, raging at The Universe, at God, at this, at that, at me, at you, at Life, at work, at me again, at Life again, at….whew….rinse….repeat, at…

Still, in the midst of all the raging and hooting and hollering, I find myself:

Going.

Believing.

Receiving.

Acknowledging.

Feeling…

I used to squash my feelings into some drawer that I would get to ‘later’. Later never came. So, I found myself a ball of unresolved what the world is this feels. I am thankful that God and The Universe keeps on bugging me to continue to heal and to grow.

I am looking forward to my future. I am enjoying my present. I am embracing all this hard. I have asked, though, for God and The Universe to teach me some lessons on a beach whilst feeding me grapes!

Oftentimes, folks tend to want to dress up things. They want to run around in flash because they feel like a bit of less than, deep inside.

I used to feel that way.

Deep inside, where no one else could see, hear, or no. Yet, I KNEW. I hid. From, me. From, God. From, Life. I gave my all, inside secretly feeling as if my all was ugly, like a little delivery bag that was no good for anything but carrying just a bit of this and that.

Over time, a LOT of time, and healing, and healing, and healing, and time, and time, and a whole lotta aggravation, I have come to learn that I am more than enough. My life. My thoughts. My heart. My this. My that. My all that makes me….ME.

I.

Am.

Enough.

How great is that?

It seems as if we spend a lifetime, chasing after validation. Does he love me? Does she think about me? Does the job respect me? Did mom love me? Does dad care for me?

On and on and on we ask for love everywhere but where we need to start: Within!

If we can’t love ourselves, how the world can we expect to be able to RECEIVE or feel love from anyone else? Answer: We can’t!!
