What do you DO, beloveds, when life makes you make lemon meringue from the lemonade you had to make, from the lemons life handed you?

I had to find out. In real time. Ack. Ick and Heckamiah Jeremiah!…*stamps foot*.

The job I was due to start on my birthday, has been pushed back to start December 1st.

BUT, I have to redo ALL the pre-onboarding stuff and pass all of it, AGAIN, and wait….AGAIN.

Then, I will have one more step to get through and THEN hope this contract will have not been yanked beneath me…again!😳

I admit it. These events through me for a loop. I lied to myself. I told myself I was fine. I attempted to be about being about it.

Then, I got mad.

At God.

At Life.

At The Universe.

At me.

At the stupid, blasted job.

Rinse.

Repeat.

I cried.

I pouted.

I pouted AND cried.

I fussed.

I tossed in the towel.

I tossed myself into bed.

I tossed and turned, in said bed.

Good habits told me to shut up all that noise and get back after it.

So what asked me “so what?”.

Boredom got bored watching me act the fool.

Act right told me to get some act right.

I agreed with boredom and act right and for to being about it!

I just stopped by to encourage someone. Starting with me.

Be encouraged.

Start again as many times as it takes.

Stuff happens. More stuff has happened. So what?! What are YOU going to DO about it, beloveds?

I no longer look for the exit door. I embrace whatever I find in the room.

I no longer see lack as an excuse.

I no longer allow myself to remain unchallenged.

No longer do I hang my head in despair.

I no longer hold myself back.

No longer will I allow Lazy to run my life.

I’m no longer willing to give myself excuse not to try.

No longer will I get out of the fight. I would take the fight to everything that is getting in my way.

I’m no longer willing to allow disappointment, frustration and all its friends to keep me from pressing through.
