There is beauty with us.
Within ALL of us.
It’s hard to believe, at times. The world is appearing to be sooooooooooooooooo very dark.
For the past few months I have been researching what content the world will/wants to receive. Alas, beloveds, the world appears to crave all manner of foolishness and awful.
What sells, apparently, is piling as much grossness, mockery, cruelty, harshness, unbelief to as many folks as who can press send or open an app or social media account.
The content creators who are making the most money are wreaking the most havoc. They have embraced the mindset in which the ends justify the means.
“Make your bag(money)!”
“Do you. Don’t worry who gets hurt”.
“They should not have been gullible enough to believe my hustle(lies)”.
“They should have known this is/was too good to be true.”
“I’m getting mine.”
“You owe me.”
“Life owes me.”
“The government owes me.”
“Family owes me.”
“I don’t have to.”
“Take whatever you want.”
“Climb the ladder. Climb over whoever gets in your way.”
*sigh*
It’s high time we all got back on the high road. I can’t force folk to go. I can only make the choice to stay on the high road. And, to pray, others turn from their foolishness and join me.
There IS beauty within us. We just have to choose to express our beauty. Enough flashing the ugly.
Life is short. Choose to care for others. Choose to turn from profitable things that only profit foolishness and destruction.
Rant over. Let’s get on with planting this world with our beautiful, eh beloveds?
There is not enough money to make me choose to tear the world down to make a 💵 dollar more than I have now. I am doing my best to leave the world a better place than whence I found it. How about you?
