Breathe.

I am getting training from the training which was just not enough training!

Geeeezzzzz!

Friday, I was ready to cry. I felt soooooooooooo stupid!

At 55, my brain wants to know what in the name of all that is holy is it being forced to stretch this way?!!!!

I told myself to take a breath.

Breathe, I said!

I took a breath.

I felt better.

Okay, I didn’t feel better. But, I didn’t quit either. There is that.

It will get easier. As I learn. As I work. As I ALLOW myself to stay in this uncomfortable place and space.

Too many folk walk away from the uncomfortable places and spaces. They don’t understand their miracles and dreams are living in those uncomfortable places and spaces.

It takes a ton of prayer, try, faith, laughter, resilience and a billion other things to remain in the uncomfortable places and spaces.

Hang in there, beloveds. Breathe! Then, remain in the uncomfortable places and spaces until you learn and grow your way out of them.

Let’s go! We got thangs to do.

doing thangs,

Cassandra

One step.

One step.

One step.

You are loved.

You are NOT alone.

Keep on being…YOU!

  1. I have been running away from uncomfortable situations to long and you showed me that. I also just lost a good friend and I need to know how to tell her I can’t be friends anymore. I know because what she told me on the phone yesterday. Please pray for me.

    1. Be encouraged. It’s never easy to walk away. I had to do this with a dear friend. I HAD to speak up for my heart. A boundary breached. I miss them still. Yet, it was necessary to walk away. In time, maybe they will do what is necessary and repair the broken trust. If not, I move forward.

Hang in there. I spent many a year seeking a pillow to deal with being between a rock and the hard place. You are growing. Part of growth is leaving the nest, being replanted in places others are not equipped to follow, walking alone until other eagles join you, crying through the hard.

I shall be carrying your heart around in my pocket. We shall get through together, won’t we? I shall be sad with you today, if that’s okay. We can suck it up tomorrow. Maybe, others shall find the courage and admit their hard is hard as well? Breathe. Feel free to email if you want to yak a bit further: ttnette37@yahoo.com. I don’t share folks business. You got this. God has us both.

Oh, yea, hide your snacks. Craig has been known to be a bit on the greedy side. Maybe, Maggie will join us soon?
