Rebuilding.

I could kick something!

I could throw something!

I could kick AND throw something!!

Day two of the roof being repaired.

Day two of me wanting to accidentally on purpose throw something off the roof and into the pond I am imagining outside my door.

I feel bad for the men, pounding away, in this horrible heat. I feel bad for ME, listening to these men, pounding away, in this horrid heat.

I’m trying to think of something cleverly inspiring but I am just too hot and sleepy to think of anything! Heckamiah Jeremiah!

I am trying to make πŸ‹ lemon tarts out of all this incessant pounding!!!

OOOOOOOOOOMMMMMMMMGGG!a

The pounding reminds me of all the blessed pounding I have been doing at the πŸšͺ door of my dreams.

Ah, God, why won’t the damned πŸšͺ door open for me?!!!!!!!

God: Be patient. We are rebuilding.

Me: Who is?

God: Good question. Keep asking. In the meantime, be patient.

Me: K.

I don’t know how many days it will take to fix the roof. I have no idea how many more days of anxt and discomfort I have to make πŸ‹ lemonade through as I maneuver through this endless hard.

I DO know this:

I am loved.

I am not alone.

Enough for me.

Be encouraged. If your life’s rebuild is getting on your last nerves, make some lemon snacks and keep it moving. What is being rebuilt, beloveds, shall be magnificent. In the meantime, be good to yourself. Enjoy your day. Since I can’t get any rest, I shall find someone to visit on YouTube! Think I may go watch that convent being renovated in England or Scotland!

Or, I may head over to Heathrow to watch how the largest πŸ›¬ airport in Britain is run. Or, I may head over to Japan to watch them fry some delightful looking 🍀 tempura! Or, I could visit the Australian guy and watch him restore some gardens!πŸ₯°

Reach beyond your borders, beloveds, and get to know folk and cultures that are not yours. We are all more alike than we are different. Asking for A Friend.
