I have NO idea why The Universe waited until I was 55 to spring THIS particular brand of hard on me. When I was younger, I was much too dumb to fret about life being hard. Like a dummy, I blithely made my way through a world ready to rip my face off. Ah, youth. Wherefore have thou gone?
Now at 56, I challenge myself to NOT go back to fearing life because of my age. 56 looks good on me. I think so.
I am looking forward to making my world famous chili this afternoon. I no longer allow myself to lay down on fear and anxiety. Nope, they are no longer welcome in my bed, in my head, or in my actions.
It’s growing cold. I did not want to take out the trash. I took out the trash. It helps to keep it moving when the very last thing you want to do is to keep it moving!
Beloveds, seize THIS day. Don’t wait until tomorrow. Laugh in THIS day. Love in THIS day. Reach out for love in THIS day! Ah, beloveds, life is much too short. We got thangs to do, remember?

I have tried to answer this three times. For the fourth time, God made heaven for us all to hang with Him after we leave our earth suits behind. Jesus is our 🗝 to get entry. For those who will rush in and say what about those who don’t believe in God/Jesus…ask God for a visit and chat and He WILL come calling. I am seriously considering starting a second page doing a bit of Bible study and talking about God stuff for those who are curious or seriously wanting to know what in the world does the Bible, God, spirituality have to DO with our daily lives.

Honestly I don’t believe that. I believe that there is one truth and that that truth is the truth of the gospel. Try reading Matthew Mark Luke and John in the NIV Bible. Thanks.

Please don’t be sorry! I love your forthrightness. You put yourself out there. Good on you. I just think it super important for folk to come as they will. It’d be like trying to make folk love your next door neighbor. You know they are great. Make the introduction and move out the way. 😊☕️🥰
