The weather has been brutal.

One minute the temperature is bitterly cold. Hours later the sun comes and hangs out with us.

I’m learning how to adapt to the changes in my life.
I have always been a creature of habit. I like things the way I like things. I have been teaching myself how to like other things!
Embrace the change in your life. Change is needed at times. Change is not meant as a punishment. Everything changes. It’s a part of life.
It’s a good thing I have decided to embrace the change. WordPress has changed how things are and it took forever figuring out where things were.

Initially, I threw a fit…

Then, I remembered I was supposed to be zen and embracing all this change nonsense and got back to embracing THIS INCREDIBLY AND ANNOYING CHANGES IN WORDPRESS. WHY, WHY, WHY IN THE FRESH HELL….okay…opposite.
Choose laughter over anger. Choose hope over fear. Choose to try rather than walk away from change.
Use 2025 for your good. There are NO victims here. If you are tired of something, change it. Change you. Turn the channel. Turn off social media. Stop following trends just for following trends sake. BE the next trend.

Note: Nuff said. Seize these moments. You have NO idea 💡 what God and Life will do with your try. Just TRY. I dare you. Dare yourself. Challenge yourself. Who knows what your day will bring?
Be encouraged.
Do NOT waste too much of your day feeding into all the gloom and doom being tossed about.
Take some time away from your 📱 phone. I have a basket that I put my phone in every day now. Before I kept my phone within arm’s length. I just HAD to have it close by. I dared not miss the latest whatever was going on.
One day, my twin told me to turn off the phone and leave it at my desk. I gasped and told her I couldn’t. Eventually, I did. It took a while, but I relearned how to enjoy a life not chained to my phone.
Take some time. Embrace the change. Life will change on a dime. Don’t be afraid. If afraid, go an
One step.
One step.
One step.
You are loved.
You are NOT alone.
Keep on being…YOU!

From a David Bowie song called Changes:
II watch the ripples change their size
But never leave the stream
Of warm impermanence and
So the days float through my eyes
But still the days seem the same
And these children that you spit on
As they try to change their worlds
Are immune to your consultations
They’re quite aware of what they’re going through
Ch-ch-ch-ch-changes
(Turn and face the strange)
Ch-ch-changes
Don’t tell them to grow up and out of it
Ch-ch-ch-ch-changes
(Turn and face the strange)
Ch-ch-changes
Where’s your shame
You’ve left us up to our necks in it
Time may change me
But you can’t trace time
