I HAD to share this!
A dear friend taught me several years ago. HOW to stop living in my feelings. I had NO idea, beloveds, how much I had allowed feelings to guide my every action.
If I didn’t feel like starting something, I didn’t start it.
If I started something and didn’t feel like finishing it, I didn’t finish it.
If I finished it, and nobody liked it, my feelings were hurt.
Jimeny Crickets and Jehoshaphat!π³
What an EXHAUSTING way to have lived. It’s a good thing I learned, as the tornado came and made certain I lived by FAITH. I could NOT afford to live by my feelings.
I STILL can’t allow it. Alone, at 56, I HAVE to remain focused, hopeful and positive.
Truth be told, beloveds, remaining hopeful, amidst seemingly hopeless odds and circumstances is NOT fun.
I pray. I cry. I laugh. I pray, laugh AND cry. π³ππ
I CAN say that I am sooooooooo thankful to be standing on FAITH.Β Standing on fear, doubt and terror was sooooooo exhausting!
I can truly say I am blessed. Alone. At 56.ππβ€π€π₯°
Be encouraged. Keep moving FORWARD. Keep looking UP. I promise it works.
This is NOT your end. This is but a story being written by TIME. Give Time the time it needs, to work for your good. Okay?
