God: How are you doing
Me: I’m fine.
God: You are not fine.
Me: I’m okay, really.
God: You are not fine.
Me: See, I’m pulling myself up by the 👢 bootstrap.
God: You are not fine.
Me: I’m sucking it up Buttercup.
God: You are not fine.
Me: I’ve been faking it til I make it.
God: You are not fine.
Me: I’ve been telling my act right to get more act right.
God: You are not fine.
Me: You’re right. I am not fine.
God: Who said you have to be fine ALL the time?
Me: Me, I suppose.
God: How about leaving your 👢 bootstrap to Me and give yourself permission to actually feel how you’ve been feeling, lately. I am here for ALL your feelings. And, beloved, that’s okay, okay?
Me:

I just stopped by to encourage someone. Starting with me.
fine/sorta/kinda,

Note: Give yourself permission to feel how you truly feel. It’s okay to NOT be okay until you are okay.
I find myself missing my twin. 57 years is a long time to have shared a life with…*sigh*. She would have called me and something ridiculous to make me smile. Well, crap!
Allow yourself space to process. Life is but a series of consecutive moments which adds up to a lifetime. Make EVERY moment count.
One step.
One step.
One step.
You are loved.
You are NOT alone.
Keep on being…YOU!
