*Cassandra looked within and could see her heart being stitched with gold EVERY time she took a chance on love that appeared to be unrecognized and unreturned.

Cassandra looked around and grew astonished at ALL the wisdom, joy, truth, laughter, love and foolishness surrounding her each time she tried and seemingly failed.

Cassandra looked beneath her feet gazing with amazement as she stood upon a mountain of diamonds which her feet produced every time she walked when she had rather stopped.*

God: You have NOT failed. You have done nothing wrong. All things are being worked for your good. I promised you this. I keep My Promises. Keep going. Keep talking to Me. Anywho, beloveds, there are times I just have to holler my love from the rafters.

🗒: I have been writing, lately, about being grateful for the hard. I am. I used to get sooooooooooooooo disheartened when I didn’t understand why this, that and the other. Through working through the hard I have learned that life can be just that. Hard.

Hard does NOT mean God does not care and is just being hard. Just means life is being hard.

Don’t be so hard on yourselves, beloveds. Your efforts WILL bear fruit. It just may turn out to be fruit you were not expecting!

Your gifts ARE reaching it’s/their intended targets, beloveds!

Stop judging yourself on your lack of clicks, likes or acceptances. You are getting all your nos out of your way. Your yes IS on the way. It is!

Until then, beloveds, say yes to:

Opportunity.

Love.

Moments.

Life is sooooooooooooooooo short. Look around you. You are missing out on an abundance life, now. Live. Right now. Keep pursuing your dreams. In the meantime, help someone else reach their dreams.

Yet, I am NOT content simply with simply being here. I want to be able to do more. I want to be able to be more.

Why?

Because this world is full of folk who have determined it’s easier and preferable to be doing less.

Life is short, beloveds. I began this blog to be a safe space. A place where folk can be. A place where folk can be honest. A place where folk can do nothing and still know he/she/they are loved and NOT alone.

Beloveds, this is your time. It is. Don’t be afraid to be afraid. The unknown can be scary. I’m no longer afraid to FEEL afraid be cause I KNOW God loves me and cares for my life.

This has been a really tough week. A truly tough year.

I did not feel like getting out of bed today. I didn’t get out of bed for a while. I wallow for a little bit in self-pity. Just a little bit.

I have to fight with my feels for quite a while. Feels were winning, for a time, because I was tired and a bit discouraged and a bit sad and a bit mad.

I told myself to get out of bed. I got out of bed. I told myself to get on with my day. I got on with my day.

I got out for a walk. I could only do one lap around. It wasn’t about the lap. It wasn’t about how long I could walk. The important thing was just to try. The important thing was just to walk. If only but a lap.

One moment.

One try.

Just one, beloveds.

I know. I KNOW the way has been hard. It has.
