Initially, I wanted to bop her one. Or two. Or ten…
After discarding such thoughts(would have taken too much effort so early in the morning), I settled into a half asleep, moderately dumb, because of being half asleep, conversation about everything and nothing, all rolled into a ball of mishmash what on earth are we doing up so early talking about THIS/THAT?!
What a wonderful way to start the day. I enjoyed every ridiculous moment!
This made me ponder on how little folk seem to enjoy one another. The world has turned every relationship into a transaction. Don’t let this be your plight. Enjoy the people in your life. Take the time to get to know them better. Take the time to allow them to get to know you better. Take some time for one another.
Relationships are a gift. They are meant to be. We are the ones who turn relationships into transactions. Which means we can take the transactional nature out of those relationships!
People are a gift of God. What kind of gift that is is up to you!
