I used to toss my old, retired phones into a drawer. I began to collect a good amount of them.
I’m old school. I was raised to throw away nothing that can be repurposed or reused.
Don’t believe me? Ask again, after you eat a bowl of cereal 🥣 from one of my Cool Whip containers(They don’t make great ones like they used to!).
Anywho, in my humble opinion, the 📱 phones were a fantastic backup system. I keep valuable 📸 photos, 📹 videos, and thingies on each one.
One day, my niece asked me to have one. It was really, really nice. I had paid a good bit for it.
Being old school, I was technologically challenged. I had NO 💡idea that you could STILL GET ON THE INTERNET AS LONG AS YOU HAD INTERNET CONNECTION!!😱🤯
I had stopped using the 📱 phones because I didn’t have a carrier for them.
Like an idiot, I gave her said phone. She then happily utilized said 📱 phone to play around on the Internet.
OMG!!
She was smart 🧠 enough to keep this knowledge to herself until AFTER letting me know this was a possibility. Knowledge is 👑 king!
Now I know to keep all of my old phones. I have uses for them. This has taught me a great lesson. Knowledge is priceless.
If you’re feeling old, get excited. You could be repurposed also.
