Note: I feel sorry for my neighbors. I am conducting a concert in my apartment. Lord, I sound like a bag of cats.

Have an amazing day today. Conducted deliciously awful concert in your living room. Take a walk. Read a book. Watch an uplifting movie or show. Don’t dread your days. Embrace them. Enjoy them.

Be kind to yourself. Be kind to others. You just don’t know what someone may be going through. Reach out for support as needed. There are people and services that can and will help you if you just reach out. I love you. Keep on keeping on.

      We spend too much time feeding ourselves negative garbage. Time we all did better by our hearts, eh?🥰❤🙏

      1. Too much negative, we were taught to do it to ourselves. That is why I love your posts, you remind me it is okay to say the positives and it’s necessary. The neighbors can always join you if they don’t like it. My husband loves to catawaller as I call it. I use to laugh but it brings him so I do my best to tune it out so he can have joy. But some times it’s really hard when it’s my favorite song. Lol! Keep posting you help many!

        This world is full of negativity purposely put out there to keep us down, discouraged and easily led/misled/manipulated. Life is short. Speaking LIFE is crucial. You have made me hug myself!

Sing out lady because no can’t carry a tune, he is off key and sometimes it hurts to hear. But he is fun! May all your neighbors enjoy your free concert and feel blessed for hearing it!
