Find the courage to reach out in friendship, even though your efforts may not bear fruit.

Find the courage to speak your truth. Even though people may not listen or believe you.

Find the courage to laugh even when everyone appears to be angry.

Find the courage to walk away from groups and things that do not serve us all.

Find the courage to walk towards the light, even though you may leave behind many friends that are in darkness.

Find the courage to speak. Even when you are the only one who will.

Find the courage to live your best life. Life is short.
