I’m in a quandary. I don’t know what to say or how to say it.
Lately, I’ve been having flashbacks of the day I had my stroke. I was laying on the floor, wriggling like a fish and yelling ” I’m coming” at the top of my lungs.
Turns out, I couldn’t speak and couldn’t do anything more than wriggle like a fish on a hook.
I honestly don’t know what to think or say. To, anyone. To, God. To, myself.
Should I be:
Angry.
Sad.
Frustrated
Right now, I feel none of those. Maybe, I secretly feel all of those…*sigh*.
I think I’ll go climb onto The Father’s Lap and be still…hhhm. Who wants to join me?
asking for A Friend,
Cassandra
#YourLifeMattersToMe
Note: 😳If anyone has the answer, please let me know..
One step.
One step.
One step.
You are loved.
You are NOT alone.
Keep on being…YOU!

Maybe you’re feeling those things, to release them so you can achieve those other goals (mentioned in another post) and will have the support to reach them with that new living arrangement (also mentioned in another post.) That’s really quite cool, and I hope you’re proud of your strength. I am. You’re awesome.

Ah, Tansy, how you ALWAYS know what to say and how to say it. Early this morning, for a brief moment, I contemplated deleting my blog. I told myself it’s just TOO hard exposing while receiving little. Then, think of how special you and all beloveds are and I melt.
I promised myself that I would show up, on the daily, in case someone stopped by in need of love and care. I look for the one. The other 99 are already safe. I love you. 😳❤🥰

LOL, don’t delete your blog, weirdo. It’s inspiring and that’s what your goal is. Your showing others how you get through the tough stuff. It sure sucks sometimes though, doesn’t it? Lots of love! 😉

For what it’s worth, a few years ago my husband at the time, had to help me lift a cup to my face. I was that weak. It felt embarrassing. I felt ashamed to be in that state. But… things get better, if we allow them to. My biggest struggle recovering was “pushing too hard.” I’d reinjure myself and have setbacks. What changed is, I now listen to my body and mind to hear and feel when it’s time to slow or rest.
You’ve got this. 🫶
